The customer must return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and verified to be undamaged and in proper condition. Returns will not be accepted after this 14-day period.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will assess its condition. The customer is responsible for any defects or damage caused by improper handling, including any decrease in the product’s value. If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to the customer’s actions, the refund will be denied.
The seller is required to issue the refund promptly, within 14 days of receiving both the withdrawal statement and the returned product.
